The Young Farmers & Ranchers program is for men and women between the ages of 18-35. The objective of the Young Farmers & Ranchers program is to surface, grow, and develop young Farm Bureau members and provide them with opportunities and experiences to strengthen their leadership and ensure effective Farm Bureaus.

Ray Searle

Ray and his wife Lyndsi Searle live in Shelley, Idaho, with their four kids Jack, Oakli, Karli, and Baylee. They farm 2,800 acres of potatoes and grain. Lyndsi has a degree in Business Finance from Idaho State University. When they aren't working on the farm, they enjoy riding side by sides. They have been involved in Farm Bureau for ten years. They also enjoy camping

Matt & Jessica Henderson

Matt & Jessica are the 5th generation farmers. They live and work on the family farm in Swan Lake, Idaho. They have a 100 cow/calf and 45 sow operation along with a butcher business to process their animals when they are market ready.

Camas & Miguel Villafaña

Camas and her husband, Miguel, live in Wilder, ID with their two young daughters, two miniature horses, fifteen chickens, a cat and a dog. They are building their row crop operation as 1st generation farmers. Camas graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology and anthrozoology. She currently works as a preschool teacher. She has a passion for agriculture and loves being a part of the Farm Bureau.
