Idaho Family Hopes to Restore Their Pasture

Val and Marta Hammond of St. Anthony, Idaho, would love to restore a pasture from swampy sub water to healthy grazing grasses, but are worried they may be fined if they do so. They are hoping their story can help landowners facing similar situations around the state and country.
