Ace Black Ranch

Ace Black Ranch in Bruneau, Idaho, has had the EPA come on their property twice in two years to inspect and dig (3 days in 2021 and 5 days in 2023). Each time, agency officials have left without telling them what they are looking for or if they are even accused of any violations. Telby and Terry Black want to work toward a solution but said it is near impossible and extremely frustrating when communication is very limited. This is their story in their own words.
